UCLA Westwood palm

Just got housing offer for 2 bedrooms 3 people. Does anyone know if Westwood palm is nice??

I don’t know much about apartments, but housing in and around UCLA tends to be pretty nice (though expensive). I got a Plaza. I was hoping for a Hall though. Anyone get one?

I got a plaza too, a triple. Can’t you request a change after you accept?

I found a review of the westwood palm place online. don’t know how accurate it is but here it is anyway

[Westwood Palm Apartment - Westwood - Los Angeles, CA](http://www.yelp.com/biz/westwood-palm-apartment-los-angeles)

You can, but I think you have to find someone of the same gender wanting to switch into your exact building. You’re basically trading places. I could be wrong, but I think that’s how it works.

I got apmt in westwood chateau… First choice was hall though

Hey! I was also just told that i had the 3 people/2 bedroom in Westwood Palm. I just read a couple of reviews and it seems pretty reasonable. Do you know what the deal is arrangement-wise? 3 people means 2 people in one room and 1 in another, yeah? Or does one set up camp in the living room? Go Bruins!

I’m guessing that once you get there you’ll have to rock paper scissor with your roommates to see who gets the single room and the other two share a room haha!

@Ted, yes you can request a change but it isn’t guaranteed, submit a CAR and they’ll notify you if they can accomodate the switch. however, today when i talked to them they informed me that if you are trying to go from a triple to a double that the chances were slim, but if you’re trying to go from a double to a triple your chances are better. that said, in october they’ll be having some type of transfer student swap thing where they’ll let students swap rooms.

@bougiebouche

yeah i already sent my CAR, hopefully I beat the odds and do get a double haha
