UCLA Yearbook? What's the deal?

<p>How exactly does this thing work? lol</p>

<p>I wasn't aware people in college actually bought or sold yearbooks. I mean, there's no way it's like a high school yearbook right? That would mean there would be photos of 25,000 undergrads with pictures from your FRESHMAN year.</p>

<p>Also, since I've never met anyone that's actually bought one, what the heck is in them? What do they look like? Is it just like high school and random pics of Greek houses posed in a group, club photos, sports teams, etc? Must be pretty stupid to buy one IMO since there's absolutely no way that your face is even guaranteed to show up in it, not to mention the fact that you won't know about 95% of the people in there.</p>

<p>I guess that the yearbooks are for those graduating this year where they have their graduation pictures in the back. So nothing to do with the rest of us.</p>
