No it doesn’t! I would either call or wait for letter for official notification in mail!

Middleof3, my D was in Business

Could be a mistake my D was admitted to Northeastern and BC and on portal admitted to Uconn Htfd branch . Called and it was a mistake. May be worth looking into. Good luck!!

I’ve been accepted to the Avery branch! Disappointed, but Storrs was definitely a reach and I’m surprised I managed to get into a branch at least. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Hartford branch. Didn’t know what to expect. Accepted at UMass for Physics, and UConn is my state school…

Is anyone else still waiting to hear? We haven’t had any change since Nov. 6th. I know of 2 other kids at our school still waiting too.

Shoddy, my D is still waiting. No change here either.

Well I guess we go into another week of waiting…

I cannot believe that they haven’t notified everyone yet, that stinks

I called and there is an automated message that states they are still notifying applicants and to please be patient. I thought for sure we would know by today.

Congratulations to all those admitted to UConn!!! I am a current junior in the honors program so feel free to pm with any questions or concerns!

@wewsy I was awarded a $15k Academic Excellence Scholarship
SAT: 2160 (750 M, 680 CR, 730 W)
SAT II: Math II (760), Chemistry (800)
GPA: 3.71 (UW), 4.161 (W)
Rank: 24/360

Thank you @danid96 . Were you honors college too?

Disappointed I Got into the Stamford branch, I was really looking forward to living on campus with my older sister who will be a sophomore at Uconn Storrs next year.

I did too @d82996. It’s really disappointing because I want to go away to college not commute. I have been accepted to UMASS & URI so far so we’ll see.

@Uni2018 I feel the exact same way. Right now I’m deciding between Quinnipiac and Sacred Heart. I’m thinking of applying to Uconn as a transfer next year, maybe I’ll have a better chance then.

@d82996 I’ve heard thats the best way. If you go to Stamford branch you have to wait 2 years but from what I’ve read if you transfer from somewhere else it can be done sooner provided you’ve got the required GPA. I’m not certain though - its just what I’m reading from others who have transferred. Good luck!

UConn has an agreement with connecticut community colleges guaranteeing admission after 2 years with a gpa of 2.7.

Still waiting. Portal hasn’t changed at all. Is anyone else still waiting?
I don’t think it will change over the weekend…

Yes, Still waiting along with 2 others at my son’s HS. All good students.
