UCONN Class of 2023

@beachmama1 if you tell me your child’s stats I can let you know if those were similar to the stats of kids I know that were admitted last year.

Hope you hear soon ?

We also had the portal status change today, to "his application is Complete.
As we work toward finalizing our admissions decisions, self-service is currently unavailable. Please continue to check this page in the upcoming days for the latest information on the status of your application.

If you have already received your admission decision and are looking to pay your enrollment deposit, go back to the previous page (your Student Center) and click the Pay Enrollment Deposit link."

We can also see a new link about the scholarship change but nothing happens when he clicks on it.

Taking this as a good sign that decisions are coming soon.

@BostonMama On D’s portal, the link brought up text with the scholarship terms, let her check a box and then save the results. The portal acknowledged her acceptance of the terms.

@My5Kiddos oos 1350 SAT
3.84 Gpa all honors and 3 Aps

“Your application was completed on January 11, 2019. It is important for you to check your application status frequently. Your admission decision will be posted here when it is available.”

GPA 3.4, ACT 32 and applied for engineering RD

The “New Admit Scholarship Acceptance” link under the financial aid tab disappeared after the terms were accepted and was replaced by a dot with an underline. But when clicking on the dot, the same “UConn’s Scholarship Policies and Conditions” text comes up. Maybe someone realized they released the link too early when D accepted the terms? :))

For what it’s worth, an hour or two ago my message was the same old message [It is important for you to check your application status frequently. Your admission decision will be posted here when it is available], but now it has been changed to the [application is Complete. As we work toward finalizing our admissions decisions, self-service is currently unavailable. Please continue to check this page in the upcoming days for the latest information on the status of your application] message.

Son is a Junior at Storrs received letter in the mail three days before Christmas and portal was not updated until the end of February. Engineering. In state.

oh i just realized that while i got admission info and stuff in the mail, and an acceptance email, my portal was never actually updated saying i was accepted, so it has the same message everyone else has

New portal update

This application is Complete.
As we work toward finalizing our admissions decisions, self-service is currently unavailable. Please continue to check this page in the upcoming days for the latest information on the status of your application.

If you have already received your admission decision and are looking to pay your enrollment deposit, go back to the previous page (your Student Center) and click the Pay Enrollment Deposit link.

I guess decisions will be rolling out soon!

Oops, I see someone already posted about this change!

@beachmomma those are the avg stats of those I know that were accepted to Storrs. I know a few with higher stats that were offered honors. A few with slightly lower stats that were offered branch or the Hartford/live at Storrs option.

My portal updated but I don’t have the ‘pay enrollment fee’ link, is that reason to believe it’s a bad sign??

Under financial aid, the only thing I see is “Click the View Financial Aid link to access your financial aid information.” Does anyone else have this?

On the portal page, I see these links (sounds like same for others):

There is no link however in the financial aid “click the link section”

status just changed to this within the last hour or so…

Just checked my UConn portal and under the financial aid section there is a small period in blue color that is underlined. I clicked it and it said “Scholarship Acceptance” and gave UConn’s Scholarship Policies and Conditions. It said “The following terms and conditions are for recipients of a merit scholarship award offered by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions…”. My friend got it too. I hope this is a good sign?

Does anyone else have this?

@putinator My D has the same under financial aid.

Don’t see a dot with a link, but I would be surprised if there were a scholarship offer for us (if DD was accepted) given that she is in state and comes in around the exact middle of Uconn stats. I do now see a “Financial Aid” link, and when you click through there is a table that just says:

2020
University of Connecticut
Access is not currently available for this aid year.
