I’m interested in pre-med and have been trying to decide what UC campuses (UCR, UCD, UCI) will give me the best chance of getting into med school. Someone highly recommended UCR for undergrad because it will be the easiest campus to get a higher GPA. He’s older and knows people who have attended UCR and are now in med school. He said that UCSD is really competitive and hard to get to the grades. Please give me some thoughts and advice on this. I got accepted to UCI, UCD, UCSB, UCR and Cal Poly SLO. I’m appealing UCSD - can you believe I missed the cutoff by 33 points. Thanks!!!

well i do have a family friend who attended UCR's honors program. She completed her undergrad in three years by pushing herself like crazy and taking classes in the summer..

Right now she's a head radiologist somewhere (baltimore if i'm not mistaken) making 300k+ a year.

She almost got into UCLA med school but was told outright that they thought she was too young and if she applied next year they would guarantee her a spot, she ended up going somewhere else but the fact that she went to UCR was negated by the fact that she graduated in three years and scored well on the MCATs

which med schools did those people from UCR get into?

Anyone know how to find out what the average MCAT scores are for UCR, UCI, UCD and UCSD?

check their med schools UCR was 11 for thier UCR/UCLA program if u find any please tell me and find which schools they came from to go to their med schools

^ go to ucd it has the best pre med promise.....
and also of people do well on the mcat from ucd
