Is it really hard to graduate from UCR in 4 years? And is it really hard to get classes? I’m hearing this as an incoming student this fall and I’m sort of intimated, I SIR due to the financial aid they’re giving me (only have to pay about $8,000 which I’m getting loans for since I have EFC of $0.) Is it really difficult to graduate in 4 years?
Btw I’m looking for a business major. I also heard it is hard to get a job after graduating from UCR, is this accurate?
Graduating in 4 years should not be a problem as long as you do not change your major far into your 2nd year, are willing to be flexible with your class times and professors and you take a full class load each quarter. Getting a job will be dependent upon you in how well you do in your classes, what kind of internships/job experience you have and your work ethic, not on the name of the school on your diploma.
Yeah I agree with ^. You can go to UC Berkeley and get like a 2.8 and get like a 3.8 at riverside and still win a job over they person.
