Are you going to UCR Scholarship Celebration on 2/28? I wonder if you don’t attend it, will you still be able to keep their $10K/year Regents scholarship.

No. It’s confirmed several times on either website (Scholarship Celebration or Discover Day) that you don’t have to attend.
