I was accepted to UCR a few days ago as a junior transfer, and I was wondering what UCR requires for their Regents or Chancellors scholarships. I didn't receive any scholarships although my lower division GPA is around 3.9, and my EFC is 0. Do they only give these out to freshmen, or do they want things like ECs on the application (which I didn't have)?

I was pretty disappointed not to have been offered any extra aid; the Cal Grant, Pell Grant, and work study they offered me aren't enough to cover my living expenses. I was hoping not to have to take out a loan . . .
