<p>Hi everyone! I am a current bioengineering major at UCR and I am thinking about transferring to UCI for a variety of reasons.</p>
<p>I noticed on the UCI site that it said: "Junior level transfer applicants from four-year colleges, including other UC campuses and lower division transfer applicants, may be considered as space permits."</p>
<p>Does anyone know what they mean by "space permits"? </p>
<p>Also, how likely is it to transfer from UC to UC and what can I do to make my transfer application stand out?</p>
<p>Additionally, for anyone that has transferred from UCR to UCI, would you recommend changing schools or was it a bad experience for you? </p>
<p>ANY TIPS/ADVICE WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!</p>
