UC's and retaking a class-transfer

Hello,

So I applied for fall 2016 admission to UC’s. Statistics is required for my major and I feel like I might end up with a C or B. I need a B to be admitted into a particular UC which has a B- minimum for stats. Can I re-take the stats class this upcoming spring and still be considered?

Generally, UC rules only allow you to re-take classes in which you received a D or F.
