Okay so under work experience they just tell you fill out hours per week, position, and say what grade you had that job.

The thing with me is I had a job from summer into the school year. My hours varies greatly. My summer hours per week were like 30 hours and my school hours per week is like 10 hours. What do I put?!

And do I have to write where I worked at? It just says position. Does crew member mean anything to them!? if they don't know where I was working at.

Plus say I was just a crew member and then got promoted to shift manager - do I fill in two different spots? Or just one?

for hours, average it all together the best you can. If you've done 30 hours week for 10 weeks during the summer, and 10 hours a week for 20 weeks during school, put down about 16-17 hours a week (multiply 30x10, 10x20, add together, divide by total of weeks, and voila, your average). They aren't going to be really picky on this, just give the most accurate depiction of your hours as you can.

For position, you can write "Crew Member/Shift Manager for_____" in one space, if it'll fit. Don't put it on more than one line, as it is in essence, the same job with a different title. If you have to choose, write shift manager.

UC ask if i worked summer, school year or year round. I have worked year round..but do I also put summer and school year? Or does year round have some crazy other meaning?
