UC's - Decent test scores, below average gpa. What are my chances?

Jeez, I’m looking at all these threads and I’m regretting my in-class performance. Here goes.
(I’m not interested in Merced, Riverside, or Davis but I’d love a chance for the other schools.)

Weighed Cumulative GPA: 3.76

Senior year: 5 APs
Junior Year: 4 APs
Sophomore year: 3 Honors Courses
Freshman Year: 1 Honors Course (as if it matters)

SAT: 730 Math, 710 Reading, 690 Writing (overall 2130)
ACT Composite Score: 33

SAT Subject Test — Math II: 730 (Awful)
Taking Physics this weekend.

Ethnicity: Hispanic/Latino
Low income (as if that matters?)

Extracurriculars:
Leadership position in school’s FIRST Robotics Team (3 years)
Officer in school’s award-winning Model UN Team

Volunteer Operations:
Led mentoring program in two local elementary schools for three years

Currently working in a part time job in my school district.

Major: Cognitive Science

Thanks so much in advance. It seriously means a lot.

GPA is low for all but UCSC but your SAT is competitive for all the of the UC’s. It will probably come down to your essays and EC’s.

UCSC/UCI: Match
UCSB: High Match
UCSD: Low Reach
UCLA/UCB: Reach

Since EC’s and essays are subjective, very hard to tell how much an impact they will have on your chances.

Good Luck.

@Gumbymom, thanks for the really helpful response! My only concern with applying for SB is that they don’t offer Cognitive Science, but Comp Sci was my close second pick anyway.

Since Computer Science is a chronically impacted major, would that severely degrade my chances from High Match to something lower?

For UCSB, since their Engineering program is small, CS is impacted and your GPA is below average, it is probably more of a Low Reach for CS. If accepted, I think you would be placed in Undeclared and would have to try to transfer into the CS major (very difficult).
