Fee waivers for UCs and CSUs are completely separate from each other, it’s 4 fee waivers for the UCs and 4 fee waiver for the CSUs, totaling to 8 free applications. If you qualify for the UC fee waiver, then you should qualify for the CSU fee waiver and vice-versa. I was able to get the fee waivers and I got to apply to 8 schools for free, 4 csu and 4 UC,</p>
