UC's impacted majors

<p>What are the impacted majors at Berkeley and the other UC'S? My major is sociology; is sociology an easy major to get into?</p>

<p>I believe sociology is a relatively easy major to get into. I do not think that it is impacted.</p>

<p>engineering is not "impacted" per say, but considerably harder to get into than other majors</p>

<p>Impacted majors are usually the Business/Econ and Communications majors that have an acceptance rate of less than 20%.</p>

<p>i know business, econ, and political science are impacted. Also, biology, biochemistry, english, communication studies, history, life sciences, psychology, sociology (your major) are all impacted at UCLA. Here is the site:</p>
