Do SAT prep classes count as Extra Curricular activity for the UCs?

Good one troll... we've heard this one only about a million times.

WOW would you just answer the question? WHy do you ahve to be a goddamn dick for?

Lol I don't think so...it just shows that you can afford classes, and if you didn't do well, putting classes would even be worse.

I know, but my counselor today told me to put it under E/C so now I have no idea if I should or not.

wow...im speechless

At what, would you people actually HELP instead of giving irrelevant remarks?

Thats what my counselor told me, I was shocked as well when I heard it - BUT IS IT TRUE?

even if it was, why would you want to....

I don't know, I mean... if it is considered an E/C activity, then I can't really see any downside.

Asolutely not -- it'll just look like you had nothing else, and will diminish the ECs that you do have.

The answer is no for the reasons stated above. Unless you tutored at the classes or something I don't think it's considered an EC.
