UC's, USC, NYU (Computer Science)

Where can I get in for computer science undergrad? I'm from florida and am applying to many out of state schools (I'm mainly concerned with UC's).

I'm applying regular decision to:
Columbia
NYU
Stanford
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
USC
UC Davis
UC Irvine
UC Santa Barbara
UC San Diego
UC Berkeley
UCLA

Scores:
SAT: 2120 (retook and I think I got around a 2250)
- Math: 750 (think I got 800)
- Writing: 750 (think I got 800)
- Reading: 620 (think I got around 650-700)
ACT: 31
SAT Math II: 750 (retaking and should get around 800)
SAT Physics: 680 (retaking and should get around 750)
SAT Math I: 720 (retaking)
SAT U.S. History: 750

For the UC's I have very strong personal statements and in second prompt I am discussing how I am aware that the first two years of high school I haven't shown UC quality work but in my junior/senior year, I have gone above and beyond what is expected of a student (all A's in AP classes and my summer taking 5 classes while playing volleyball and having a job)

I have a 3.67 unweighted GPA, 3.91 Capped UC GPA, and a 4.48 Fully Weighted UC GPA. My grades in freshman year were about half A's, half B's, and 2 C's (one in biology first semester and one in literature second semester). Sophomore year I got like half A's half B's. Junior year I got two thirds A's and 2 B's first semester and all A's second semester. I don't know if it helps but clearly I've shown progression.
I've taken all honors and AP's at my school except for AP Literature and AP Chemistry. I've taken AP European History, AP US History, AP Statistics, and AP Calculus AB. My teachers were god awful for Euro and Stat so I only scored a 1 and a 2 respectively. I scored a 4 in APUSH and a 5 in Calc. Over the summer going into senior year I took five summer classes (Composition 3 at school, Drawing I at a community college to fulfill the art credit requirement, and 3 honors classes on Florida Virtual School - anatomy & physiology, marine science, and earth & space science. My senior year schedule is:
Dual Enrollment Literature Honors
AP Physics Dual Enrollment
Space Tech. & Engineering Honors
AP Macroeconomics Dual Enrollment
Integrated Science II Honors (extra class in the morning)
Multicultural Studies (required)
AP Calculus BC
AP Composition (Second Semester is AP Government)
AP Computer Science A (extra class on Florida Virtual School)

Sorry for this being so long but please let me know what you think.

Your EC’s look strong (you can only list 5 I believe of each category)
Test scores are competitive.
GPA will hurt since UC’s consider it the most important.
Essays can win them over though

UCSD: Low Reach
UCLA/UCB: Reach
UCI/UCD/UCSB: High Match
Stanford: High Reach
USC: High Match
CPSLO: (Calculate UCGPA but with 9th grade included) ~High Match/Low Reach

Competitive major as well.

Columbia: Reach
NYU: High Match?

thanks for your opinion @AchieveLife‌. I value your view but Can more people please let me know what they think?? I just want a breadth of responses. Please let me know people!!!

Oh I also forgot that UC’s are expensive for OOS. If you can pay the full tuition it’ll be easier for you. Generally out of state applicants need a higher GPA. As far as what they think I do not know for sure besides the fact that you have a chance so you should still apply.

SLO/USC/UCSD: Low Reach
UCLA/UCB: Reach
UCI/UCSB/UCD: High Match
Columbia/Stanford: High Reach
NYU??

OOS costs for UC around $55K/year with little to no financial aid so if you are full pay, your chances may increase.
