If I get in at San Diego I think that's where I'm gonna end up!

yeah, im kinda obsessed with the school. you would think i would have no chance of getting in with my stats, but the mexicans they accept are below average compared to everyone else, so hopefully i'll get in.

I was under the impression that the SAT l didn't account for much at the UC's. I have seen a lot of accepted students with low SAT's but high GPAs. Sometimes I think that is a function of getting extra credit for making posters in your AP class.

hmm...I had a 3.67 and 1330 sat (Sat II's 650+) and I got rejected last year from comp. engineering...a friend who had 3.5 and 1100 SAT got accepted into Mechanical engr...see it's freakin random...so if you get rejected don't fret.

7514 Points... Only 49 points above last year's cutoff point :-/ Wait, when they say family income < 60,000 dollars, they're just talking about per year, right? Or do they add up the two years of income you had to show on the UC app? I hope it's per year, or I lose 150 points and I'm screwed.

lol u guys r still lucky...being negative, i scored...7465!! rite on! haha i'm scared. -,-
since theres about 1000 less applicants this year, hopefully.................................

I really really wanted to go to UCSD because its awesome down there and was second on my list next to Stanford. I woulda picked it over Berkeley and LA, but I got into Stanford EA, the only school that I woulda picked over SD. anyways,
