Has anyone heard from UCSB yet?
I’m an in state applicant going for a film major.
GPA 3.73 W, 3.55 UW and ACT 28.
Lots of extra curriculars (ASB office every year, anchor, editor and director for school news show, invented a product/business owner, host beach volleyball tournaments and work part time as a volleyball coach).
This is the only UC I applied for and I’m hoping to get in! Worried about my GPA and ACT score!

@Aquariumgal UC Davis is kind of boring…
@hodoan24 and @Aquariumgal: Boring is as boring does. You can have a great social life at both places if you find the right group of friends. @Aquariumgal, have you visited both? Have you compared their academic programs? You will get an excellent education at both schools, so pick the school that fits you academically/socially and financially. Only you will know which school feels right.
