What are my chances of being accepted to these two universities if my UC/CSU gpa is 4.05 and my unweighted gpa is a 3.68. My sat score is a 1310.

Intended major is very important to know since acceptance at Cal Poly especially can vary dramatically by major.
Intended major is political science. I have taken three ap courses as well as some honors courses. This year I will take 4 more ap tests. I am a CSF member and my extra curricular activities are that I am a law enforcement explorer.
