Having been involved with the acting scene somewhat, I would give UCSB a slight edge. I studied at a conservatory where students ended up attending both schools you listed, and I know the UCSB grad was cast fairly regularly post-grad, and ended up at one of the prestigious acting studios post-grad too.
Look at the alumni, as well as connections among students and graduates in the industry. If you feel there’s a chance you may want to double major or pursue a different path, I would recommend UCSB, but that’s just preference based on my experience.
