Does anyone know where the status of your appeal should be on the portal? I know on past posts that there’s a spot where it says the status of your appeal, but I can’t seem to find it. Thanks

It should be on top of the page immediately after you log in.

@badmintongirl when did you send in your appeal and when did it show up on the portal? I mailed mine in last monday and still nothing…

I sent in my appeal to the postal service on the 14th and I was told it would arrive at the admission office on the 16th. I checked my portal evening of the 15th and found out that it had been updated. I hope by now yours has been updated!
@badmintongirl thanks but still nothing! I am so worried and frustrated…ugh. Maybe it won’t show up because I was wait listed? I’ll have to email admissions again

@nattycat66 I have no idea when they’re releasing decisions… I also got my appeal decision from other UCs… and they were pretty different from the dates they were released last year so we can’t really predict when UCSB’s is being released either I think at this point they’re going to wait until after the SIR deadline to find out how much space is available to accept students that appealed. just heard back and my appeal was not granted. can’t say im surprised. good luck guys
@peterg123 sorry to hear that, this whole system is frustrating. Mine and some others still say decisions pending…
