Anyone has experience in CCS - physics? How hard to get in?

I am currently a first year CCS Physics major, and looking at myself and other students, yes it is pretty hard to get in. But its not ‘hard’ in terms of needing perfect exam scores, but when applying, you need to show you have a passion for Physics and a need to expand your knowledge. This is not something that is found in everyone, or easily fabricated. However, talking to most of the students, we all did well on our SAT/ACT, SATII, and as AP exams, but this was only to show that we were competent at Math and Physics before entering the class.

But passion is the real ‘foot in the door’.
