UCSB is my top school and I was wondering if you guys could and chance me thanks

1st: Computer Engineering ( since I had two options I just randomly chose CE However I had to interest in it. I was wondering by having economics my preferred major as 2nd would it affect my acceptance somehow.
2nd: Economics and accounting
Gpa: uw 3.83
W 3.9

Sat: 1130 very low I know

i got rejected by other competitive UC’s. UCLA was my dream school
