***UCSB Class of 2018 Official Decisions Thread***

@daphne66 It’s also shown on the acceptance page. A few lines below “Status: You’re admitted.”

@Lilliana330 - yep, that’s how I figured out… I didn’t get an email :-/

Accepted.Undeclared. UC GPA weighted 4.13 unweighted 3.75. Had good EC’s. My SAT was a horrid 1500. I think my statements got me in. And I’m black if anyone was wondering.

@jackson61 I didn’t get the email either, I was just going along w/your post. :stuck_out_tongue: We’re admitted either way, though, lol

Accepted Anthropology, College Honors Program (no email, just says it on results page)
Rejected at UCSD

UW GPA 3.95, W 4.1
ACT 33

To those asking about Financial Aid - there is a twitter feed on the Fin Aid home page that says
it should come out in about a week after the decisions.

I have a queasy feeling I got rejected but I’m going through the stages of grief right now. 3.53 UC gpa, lots of ECs, but terrible test scores! Passed 1/3 APs, 1660 SAT score and 600 SAT II US History (this was really random)

I see a lot of people got rejected on here…it doesn’t give me much hope.

@Calmomofthree my D got accept Pre-Bio as well, almost identical stats GPA 4.1 ACT 33, also wait listed at Cal Poly (Kinesiology) - we were stunned and a little freaked out. Very relieved that she’s in at UCSB and UCD. She also got Honors and LMU and CU Boulder. Waiting on UCLA (ha) - my intuition tells me it’s gonna be UCSB.
