so all those who posted today or yesterday , did you get your decision between the last couple of days or was it around March 15th?? Mine is still pending...Psych Major ..!!

I just signed in and checked that yesterday. There is no email notification I think.

I'm a psych. major as well and I'm still waiting to hear back! So do they release decisions everyday or how does it work? anyone know?

Levani Leo UCSB Perm #45182*
Admission Status: You're Admitted!
Fall 2009 - Transfer
Admitted Major: Pre-Business Economics
College of Letters and Science

**** YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im just wondering. I'm a History major and I havent gotten accepted (Im still Decision-Pending) into any school I have applied too. UCSB, UCLA, UCB, UCSD, and UCD. Could they have not gotten to the history majors yet? Perhaps the selection process is major oriented rather than GPA...

Just got in! They update their desicion in midnight...
Major: Pre-Computer Engineering
Admitted: UCR, UCI and UCSB
Pending: UCD, UCLA, UCB

congrats to all who got in? how do you know that they update their decisions on midnight?

the servers for UCSB and UCSD (unless my username/password are actually wrong this time, which is unlikely) so this could mean more decisions. They normally dont take the server down in the middle of the day..

SD is working but it does look like another batch of decisions are going to be released for SB at 11:59pm

4759693; what were your stats?

since housing is guarunteed for all transfers, i recommend choosing san clemente if you get that option, you will if you they can't fill out that place with enough grad students since that what it was built for.

hey spartan, I'm a history major as well...and I have not heard anything from anywhere...I applied to ucla, uci, ucd, ucsb and ucr and all those decisions are still pending...I mean I thought I would at least heard from ucr by now!

nop. it is around 19th

"since housing is guarunteed for all transfers, i recommend choosing san clemente if you get that option..."

i can't understand why you'd recommend san clemente.. that place is dead. and anyone who says that he's distracted by the noise in IV either isn't trying hard enough or doesn't belong at UCSB in the first place.

my advice for those attending UCSB, start looking on craigslist for open rooms, and move into a HOUSE in IV. NOT an apartment.

hmm... still nothing even after the "site maintenance"

same here...still pending!
