<p>Does anybody know where UCSB is ranked on undergraduate Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering? I know UCSB isn’t ranked high on either of the categories, but I’m planning on taking the 5 year BS/MS program for Material Science, and I need a major for the BS. I heard UCSB’s undergraduate chemical engineering was ranked high, but I’m not interested. If you have any info on the 5 year program, that would be awesome, along with the rankings. Thanks in advance!</p>
<p>Fendi’s post is pretty darn good. Granted these are graduate programs but I don’t think there really are undergrad rankings for engineering(correct me if I’m wrong). Our mechE major is actually very good as well. UCSB offers eng. students a 5th year to earn a masters, and many friends of mine take the offer.</p>
