This is such a big relief after not hearing from UC Irvine on sunday !!! =)

Accepted. But asked for Biological Sciences, however, admitted into Pre-Biology. Are they the same?

Some of you that what waitlisted. . .I really have to ask: *** was UCSB thinking about waitlisting you guys? -___-

On a brighter note. . .just appeal your waitlist. Chances are, you will get in. . .A number of my friends were waitlist-admits, so yea.

EDIT:: LEAKY LEAKERS – did you get accepted or not?

Hairy, any suggestions with what to put into appeal if waitlisted?

But. . .I’ll ask a couple of my friends to see what they put for their appeal process. I’ll om you about that asap.

P.S. For those waitlisted, I’m most likely not going (unless they offer me more aid than ASU) so there will be an open spot. :)

Thanks Hairy!
I guess I’m just taking this hard because so far I’m 1 acceptance, 4 denials, and now 2 waitlists. I only have 1 college left to hear from!
UCSB had become my #1, but I think I’m going to have to drop that hope haha

dont drop that hope lauren!!!1

I’ve lost all hope by now.
I was really praying for SB to stop me from my downward spiral -____-
2 rejects, 1 waitlist, 2 unheard from

If you opt into the waitlist you don’t need to appeal though, right? Cause aren’t appeal’s mostly for people who got rejected but have “new evidence” to help them get accepted. I mean, you can appeal if your on the waitlist, but is it something that needs to be done?

Accepted!
2080 SAT
4.0 UC GPA
