Did invitations into the honors program already come out with the admissions decision? I'm confused as to whether they were supposed to come out with the admissions decision or they will send them out later. :(

I get invited to the reception, and according to the breakout session I attended (engineering), they said all who gets the invitation is in the honors program
however there is no mention of honors on my admission page, going to ask them about it on 4/9 open house …

I got invited to that but wasn’t able to attend and I didn’t know that meant we were in the honors program thats a relief. I don’t think that they’ll let us know until we get the official admission letter in the mail.

I was invited to the reception and it said honors under my online admission.

I got invited to the reception as well. I really hope that means I’m in because I don’t know if I would consider going there without it!!! I’m also planning on going to Spring Insight, hopefully they will know for sure there.

Lakers16 - Do you really think it’s gonna come by mail?? I really hope so. Not getting in would be very disappointing.

At the reception they made it seem like everyone there who applied to engineering was in the honors program, but there was no guarantee for anyone else.

Well this sucks…

I was invited to the reception but couldn’t make it. The honors confirmation appeared on the on-line admittance (for me, it’s for my major in English).

I got in as an electrical engineer major so thats a bit odd.
Did it say right under your major?

Yeah, apparently it was listed under your major.

Yes. It’s directly under my major (undeclared letters and sciences.)

Oh well congrats for you guys getting in, I’m just happy that I got into the engineering program so I have no complaints :)
