UCSB Housing Costs

Hi guys,

I was able to find rates for singles, doubles, and triples at UCSB on this website:
Rates | Campus Housing (ucsb.edu)

But, I wasn’t able to find quad costs, which I was matched to (at Santa Rosa).

Do you guys know how much it costs? Or if they cost the same as a triple (I hope not… I’m gonna have to be sharing space with ONE MORE WHOLE PERSON).

I would call the Housing office and ask since pricing for Quads are not listed.

There is no such thing as a quad. You’re in a 4 person suite, which is two rooms of 2 people. Double pricing.

Does Santa Rosa have 4 person suites? I thought they were all doubles and/or triples.

I’m assuming they mean San Rafael, not Santa Rosa. There are definitely 4 person suites in San Raf, the names are similar so they get confused pretty often

I lived in Santa Rosa my freshman year and San Raf my sophomore year. This was many moons ago. Back then San Raf didn’t house freshmen. Has that changed?

These days Id say san raf is like almost half freshmen. Enrollment has definitely increased.
