<p>I wonder if those of us still waiting are all in some sort of tough-decision category.</p>
<p>I’ve got maybe six years of on-and-off junior college with crappy results, then hit my stride in 2008-2009 and had a solid year of As and a few Bs. I would not be surprised if my app was in the nailbiter pile.</p>

<p>my stats…3.22gpa missing only business calc as major requirement for psychology</p>
<p>sucks cuz last year my gpa was 2.4ish but got my act together this year and really boosted my grades… hope that gives them some incentive!</p>
<p>I’m sure it will! well no decisions for me AGAIN today but at least for those of us that haven’t heard back yet we’ve lived to fight another day haha… I REALLY hope that I get in somewhere

<p>haha I know and I know that I still have a chance the admissions office said my app hasn’t been touched yet, but I’m just worried because I got in last year and even though my GPA has gotten better it seems like the competition has gotten harder… but I haven’t COMPLETELY given up yet. I just really needed to get into a UC because I don’t get any financial aid and my parents don’t help me pay for school so I can’t afford to go back to private school (I went to SMC in moraga for 1.5 years)</p>

<p>Guys don’t fret too much, I’m sure most of you will get in, I think I got rejected cause I didn’t complete my language prereqs as an English major, although I’m taking French this semester. I have a GPA of about 3.4</p>
<p>Anywho, I still got UCSC at least, anyone heard good things about this place? I haven’t visited campus yet, though I really did prefer to stay closer to Los Angeles, since my home is here.</p>

<p>Visited UCSC couple weeks ago… it s one of the most beautiful campuses i ve seen so far… if not the most beautiful campus! Got into Santa Cruz too… might be going up there</p>
<p>I kind of live by SC and the campus is really gorgeous! a few of my friends went there out of high school and it wasn’t their first choice but they love it now. It’s obviously by the beach which is awesome and it’s not far from SF. My friends that go there are both really intelligent and they seem to enjoy all of their classes so the academics are probably pretty good too. I think you’ll enjoy it</p>
