<p>still haven’t heard back from anyone… looks like I’m not getting in anywhere and I can’t go to JC again next year because then I will have too many units to transfer WHAT the fu ck am I going to do!!!</p>
<p>I found out why I was rejected…My math class was in progress. They told me I can appeal but they will want to see the final grade. The lady I talked to said that they accept transfer appeals for awhile. The deadline she said doesn’t mean anything on the website for transfers. I guess I could appeal in June…</p>
<p>@Shellbell: no answers is better than being rejected from your first choice and then waitlisted(rejected) for your second choice in the same day.</p>

<p>yeah but i mean you have a pretty good reason…1. you were accepted last year but you couldnt attend for a good reason and 2. you dont have anymore classes to take</p>
<p>and unlike us who have a high chance of being rejected your case is different…you hasve everything complete so regardless of our gpa you would actually get in before us because they know youre done with math and english which they really want to be complete by fall…why didnt you qualify for tag?</p>
<p>because I’ve only been at a CC for 2 semesters… and my GPA was a 2.97 for spring, it didn’t reach a solid 3.0 until my transfer update form… But it’s out of my hands now, i’ll just have to make the best out of whatever happens :)</p>
<p>well i heard that they automatically look at you for tag regardless of whether you check tag or not so if you had your math and english done by fall 09 and at least a 2.7 in your major classes you should be fine</p>

<p>lol trust me i have my moments too! ucsb is just driving us all crazy at this point im in the same shoes as you because if i dont get in ill probably stay another year at cc but im already at 60 units so i can only transfer 10 more units next yr</p>
