UCSB, NYU, UCSD, New England Conservatory, and Carnegie Mellon

Hey guys can you please please chance me? I am a junior right now and I am really looking forward to college, but I am scared I don't have the grades. My stats are as follows:

Overall GPA: 4.0 (weighted) 3.4(unweighted)

Part of: Football freshman year, track freshman and sophomore year, cross country sophomore year, Club Castellano Fresh, Soph, and Junior year, NHS Junior year, CSF Junior year, Rooter Club Junior year, Key Club Soph and Junior year, and Youth Ministry in my church (we go help out at events in our community and we go feed homeless people in different cities). Over 100 Community Service hours.

I took a practice sat test with Kaplan and I got a 1510 for the first time without studying. I want to bump it up to at least a 1900 or 2000 before I apply for colleges.

I am also part of the advanced choir in my school and I am ranked 3rd in my district for my solo in the Broadway genre. I love singing and acting and I don't know what school is better for me, or what school will even accept me. By the end of this year I hope my GPA will go up to a 3.5 unweighted and a 4.1 weighted. I live in California by the way. I am hoping to double major in Musical Theater/Vocal Performance and International Business, which is why NYU might not be appropriate (Can you even double major between schools?) I am having a very tough time looking for the right college, can anyone help me?
