UCSB or SDSU for Graduate School?

I've been accepted to UCSB MA program for Global and International Studies, and have yet to hear from SDSU MA program for Political Science, but suspect I will probably be admitted.

I will probably have to respond to UCSB before I get an answer from SDSU. Can anybody give me some pro/cons on the programs? I will be studying conflict resolution/diplomacy in the Middle East as well as learning Arabic while enrolled in the program.

Also, is the housing affordability comparable? Party atmosphere? Reputation? Financial aid?

Comments on any aspect would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Party rep??? hahhahaaha (You have selected two of the biggest party schools in the state.)

In general, prestige matters for grad school. A UC reputation beats a Cal State (nearly) every time. (Exceptions might be be eng/arch at SLO.)
