So I got my contract for my first year (apartment – I’m a transfer) and I was wondering if it was possible to have the same room/apartment for the second year 
?
If they’re University Apartments, I’m somewhat doubtful you can ask for the same apartment or room (I’m currently living in the UAs).
If, however, it’s an apartment complex/system within IV or the Goleta/SB area, you can try arranging something with the landlord(s), maybe?
Although, I get the feeling you’re living in the undergrad apartments?
Sorry! I totally forgot to specify; yeah I was talking about the undergrad apartments within the campus itself.
None of the undergrad apartments are within the campus, I would say. Only first/second year dorms.
I’m not 100% sure, but I would assume you usually don’t get the same room building the second time around. Some of my housemates lived in the same apartment I’m in before, but still got randomly shifted around.
That’s my take on it, but it’s entirely possible I’m wrong.
