<p>How many of you were down there? Enjoyed Floatopia?...lol</p>

<p>boo… the school certainly did not wow me. I stepped in on two presentations… and it was all information I already knew. The same goes for every single flier I got…</p>

<p>That’s why I’m glad i didn’t go to any of that stuff. Just partied and checked out the campus lol.</p>

<p>nice, I stayed at cal poly since my friend in sb lives in the dorms…which we got kicked out of for having open alcohol containers lol</p>

<p>i went down there to see pinback play at ucsb on friday night and spring insight on saturday.</p>

<p>ended up missing both of them and going to floatopia. ive already been down there a bunch n checked it out, my friend that went said that there was just general info at the presentations…</p>

<p>ollie - funny, i just gave a listen to ‘offcell’ a few hours ago, for the first time in years… then found ‘summer in abbadon’ in my 11 year old cousin’s cd case. weird… </p>

<p>floatopia = manifest hedonism on a raft(s). </p>

<p>separately, to live within a 10 minute walk (at the most) from the beach all year long = bliss.</p>

<p>i think the campus is really nice.
bike paths go all through it.
the library is functionally sound.
the beach / lagoon is right there.
concert venue.
big trees everywhere.</p>
