If I'm a bio major and want to apply to UCSB with TAG, is bio an impacted major there or will it be in the next year or two? Also are the requirements the same here as they would be for UCSD? (finish IGETC and math+english and guaranteed admission into your major?)

bump…

bump… :(

No, like I have said before UCSB is different. You have to complete IGETC AND special requirements for the bio major like a year of chem and bio. Here is the link to the site that has info on TAG agreements for bio majors and their special requirements.
Aww, those bumps made me sad :(

When they say “a complete biology sequence” do they mean that you need to take all the required biology courses? (like zoology, botany, etc) before signing TAG and transferring?

Try emailing a counsellor at UCSB or at your CC
