<p>I TAGED UCSB this Fall as an Econ major. And right now my GPA stands at 3.167 with 72 hours of units credited. I fear that this semester has taken a toll on my grade as I could be receiving....</p>
<p>B on my Physical Anthropology class (88.9%)<br>
B on my Microeconomics class (87%)
and maybe a B/C for my Calculus class </p>
<p>If the first two class are Bs I would need to get an A for my Calculus class in order to meet the 3.2GPA requirements for UCSB. Somone please help me T_T what do I need to do now assuming the worst can happen. </p>
I just spoke to an admissions officer at UCSB. She informed me that the 3.2 gpa at the end of the Fall semester is just a marker to keep student on track. They do not look at the TAG until they look at the applications in the Spring. At that time the application is “tagged” as a TAG application so they give it priority admission status if after Spring grades the app qualifies for admission.
