<p>The transfer housing application provides options for three preferences.</p>

<p>Preference 1: Any Res Hall
Preference 2: Any Res Hall
Preference 3: Any Res Hall</p>
<p>The only other options were Santa Ynez/Westgate/El Dorado, which I assume I don't want.</p>
<p>Did I do this right?</p>
<p>Oh, and my UCSB Admissions page implies I still haven’t completed the housing process.</p>

<p>Complete the housing process on the Housing website. Apply online by June 1.</p>
<p>…after I fill out the application, should it automatically be checked off, or what?</p>
<p>Yawn, you also need to fill out the housing contract and either fax it in or mail it in.</p>
<p>What is this…housing contract? Where can I find me one of them?</p>

Q. I submitted my Transfer Student Housing Application, but the housing step is not marked as complete on the Steps to Enrollment. Why?
A. If you submitted a Transfer Student Housing Application by the June 1 deadline, you will be offered a contract around June 19. After that, once you’ve submitted all necessary contract documents, the housing step will be marked as complete on the Steps to Enrollment website.</p>
