UCSB vs SDSU for ACCOUNTING

I'm currently a CC student looking to transfer to UCSB or SDSU for Accounting.
UCSB offers Economics & Accounting while SDSU offers Business w/ emphasis in Accounting.

I'm sort of in a dilemma right now because they both require different paths for transferring and I don't know which one to take.

My goal is just to basically graduate, pass the CPA, and make money. I've taken the safe route and grounded myself to become an accountant since there's always a high demand for them.

Everyone knows UCSB is the better school overall, but I want to know which one is the better choice for me. UCSB is the more prestigious one, but it doesn't have a business program like SDSU does.

Which school has a better chance for me landing a job after I graduate?
Do the Big 4's recruit at these universities?
Which one will better prepare me for the CPA exam?
