<p>Go to UC Davis its a lot better. Only the dumb partiers go to UCSB.</p>
<p>I believe UCSB has the stronger CS program, but it won’t be too much different from Davis.
If you haven’t visited both campuses, please do before you decide. They have different environments.</p>
