UCSB VS. UCI? Which is right for me?

So, I got accepted everywhere I applied but I have shortened the choices to these two schools. UCI was always my dream college because when I visited it my junior year, I felt like I belonged there. I also visited UCSB when I was a freshmen in high school so I don't really remember much.. (bad memory, hah) But now that I'm researching it more and more, it has become harder for me to choose between the two schools. Let me tell you a little bit more about me so it'll help you help me. lol.

I'm a very disciplined person but can have fun. I work hard, but party hard too. :) And I know that everyone says that UCI is not much of a party school, but the people that I know there say that any school can be a party school as long as you find the parties. ahha I'm a bit on the shy side but I plan on changing that when I'm in college. I want these years to be the best because high school wasn't that great. I'm so ready to have a goood time, but I can't decide where I'd be happier.

UCI has an airport right by it so it'd be easier for me to come home (Northern California) compared to UCSB. From UCSB, I got in the EOP program so that's always a plus side.

It seems that the only thing that's making me lean toward UCSB is the social setting, and plus they have my exact major- biopsychology while UCI has something close- neurobiology.

Ahhh! I'm going crazy. Help me? :)

Thanks in advance.

Visit both again and take a look around, talk to some students, etc. The latter is easy to do; they’re both large schools and you’ll never see the people again, so catch one or two people sitting around that don’t look too busy and say something like “I’ve been accepted here and a few other schools and I’ve come to take a look around. If you were deciding again would you come to UCI/UCSB?” or one or two questions you might have. Then thank them and move on to someone else on campus.

UCSB has most of its students living in Isla Vista, which gives it a real college-town feel that you don’t find at very many other colleges in CA. This means all your friends are going to be a walk or short bike ride away, certainly contributes to the party-school rep (although there are plenty of serious students there), etc.
