UCSB vs UCR vs CSULB?

Hello everyone! I was recently waitlisted to my top choice of college, UCI, and so I have narrowed my list down to UCSB, UCR, CSULB.

UCSB for pre-Biology
UCR for Cell, Molecular, and Development
CSULB for pre-Biology

I am pre-med and therefore planning to got to medical school after graduating. But I am not sure which school would be the best for my plans.
In your opinion, which would provide better research opportunities, would have a better major program, and which is better for my career plan? Also is there grade inflation/deflation in either UCs? Where would it be more difficult to get a higher GPA?

My standard advice for making a college choice especially for “pre-med”

You should go to the school where have the best chance for a high GPA and access to medically related EC’s/shadowing opportunities etc… and is financially feasible (as little debt as possible).

You go where you would be happy for 4 years. A happy student= successful student.
