I have pretty much narrowed down my college choices to choosing between UCSB and UCSD. However, I am having trouble deciding between the two. Here are some factors to consider:

I want to major in Engineering (from what I have heard, UCSD is better for that; according to some statistics, UCSD is #1 in nation for Bioengineering)
At UCSD, I signed up for NanoEngineering (only school in the nation to have that major) while in UCSB, I signed up for Chemical Engineering. However, I am still not 100% sure, so I may end up switching majors no matter which school I attend.
I am not really the party type of guy (why UCSB is a maybe)
I got Regents Scholars at UCSB (6000/year and Honors College), but nothing at UCSD
basically, total cost for UCSB is 25000/year while UCSD is 30000/year
I visited UCSD, and I really liked it, but I may be missing out on opinions
I am going to visit UCSB, and I have heard great things about it (really fun school, not just for partying)
Another important fact is that I plan on attending Graduate school (Master's at the minimum, maybe Doctorate); so it is worth considering which school would offer me a better opportunity to get into a good grad school if I were to get the same grades in both.
So which one? This is quite a tough decision.
