I am thinking of going to UCSB but i have a question on the kinds of engineering they offer. Is it possible that i can somehow do something in Bioengineering or Environmental engineering there? I heard that you would have to do Mechanical Engineering to do this, with emphasis with biology and environmental studies, but does this mean that you would have to replace some of the classes with what you would normally take in just Mechanical engineering? or would you have to add on more classes? Also, would Computer science with an emphasis of computational biology still be counted as an engineering degree? If it is, can i do this to get into grad school for Bioengineering. This has seriosly been stressing me out, so if anyone can help me clear this up, that would be great.

You ought to call the school itself and ask a counselor or director of the engineering program. These are some fairly specific questions

I think i will be doing that and Japher, i think that is only for a graduates program not undergrad, but thanks anyway :)
