Was today one the last wave? Do you guys think that there will be more waves? Or is it over?
I’m really hoping today wasn’t the last wave but if all the spots fill up it might be. However they’ve stated that you’ll know your place on the waitlist by mid June. & the people who just got off the waitlist today have until the 7th to respond. That means if there’s any extra space left there could be another wave on June 10th. Any other waves after that would be highly unlikely in my mind.
I truly hope today wasn’t the last wave for the benefit of those who didn’t get accepted earlier. The mid June estimate seems to indicate there will be one more wave.

I really hope there is another wave because I am more confident I might get off now for the next one. My stats are just a bit less than everyone who got in today. They have been accepted more lower scores lately since they’re sorta going down the scale I see in terms of sat scores and gpas.

Nice surprise after graduating, but I am still most likely going to San Jose State over SC.

got my email yesterday saying I got off the waitlist and had a week to accept, but tried today and it said I missed the deadline, even tho it’s on June 7

My daughter got off the wait list on May 31. We are so excited. She has accepted the offer for Environmental Science.

orientation only gives u a chance to pay once, then I think u have to pay at registration for fees
Best of luck to everyone still on the waitlist this week. Hopefully, since the last wave was already late in the process some people who got the offer in that group declined due to commitments elsewhere so it’d open up for other applicants really wanting to get in UCSC.
