False alarm, I saw that I received an email at exactly 8:00 am and it came from an admissions office so I immediately turned off my phone and didn’t dare look, thinking it was from Santa Cruz. Turns out it was just a sf state notification telling me to accept my offer of admission, which is the only school I got into. I won’t be attending, I would prefer a CCC.

Just got rejected. Again, at noon today. Lmao I’m not quite sure what I was expecting.
I still haven’t received anything. Probably won’t until later this evening. I expect to hear today because the email says they will respond to our appeals no later than April 17

I just received a letter from UCSC a couple days ago saying that I have guaranteed enrollment for winter quarter 2016 (no guaranteed college affiliation) or guaranteed admission + housing for freshman fall 2016. I got rescinded because they received my transcript from a community college late and then I tried appealing that but they denied it. I’m currently enrolled at a community college doing a program to get guaranteed transfer to UCI my junior year. I have until Sep 30th to respond and I’m not totally sure what to do but as of now I’m leaning towards transferring to UCI.
