I keep refreash the portal until 3 am!! Can not sleep, I have 3 class tomorrow!!!

@DMoney9 I’m still waiting for an acceptance, but the same thing happened to me with my TAG to UCSC, They overlooked my AP scores and denied me the TAG acceptance, I contacted the TAG coordinator and she said that she couldn’t change my TAG but instead put a special note on it to accept me. Still a little worried because it’s taking so long for the admission to come in, but I hope you get your problem solved!

I didn’t even check until around 10, so the acceptance may have been posted earlier.
For those of you who have gotten admitted, did you receive an email notification asking you to check the My UCSC portal?
@lilydandelion Unfortunately no, they didn’t send me an email to check when I got accepted. :c I just checked my portal after seeing some folks get in and I saw that mine was finally updated.
I still have yet to hear back from UCSC 
When and if you are admitted does a third tab appear on the application status folder?
@muchConflicted Yes, you’re correct. If there’s a change to your admission status, you’ll first see three tabs instead of the usual two. (:

I was 100% stressing because I hadn’t seen anything yet!!! I checked once around 10pm and was doing my usual anxiety routine of checking again before falling asleep. (Edited to add: saw my acceptance at 11:56 pm in case people are wondering what time stuff rolls out)

TAG: yes - but probably got revoked because I dropped a class.

Try not to worry if you have a low GPA like me! I also went to spring spotlight for transfers and that was super helpful. Got lost on the campus afterwards but it was still amazing haha.
Should we know by April 30th if we got accepted or rejected? This wait is adding unnecessary stress to my life!!
@2017UChopeful Probably, I think the last day the UC’s have to notify you is May 1st. It is super stressful… good luck!
