@kenzzzzzzz what time slot/last name letter are you?

Computer Science major and I did not receive anything. I’m in the A-C block.

@mbruin92 By that you mean you find it as an admissions message, right?

@yamjand yes

Just checked, still no luck. Where’s the love UCSC?

@mbruin92 i was in the “K” last name slot, so 2am last night but i just received it like an hour ago.

Nothing for F last name (:expressionless:

Nothing on my end with an E

Did you get an email too? @kenzzzzzzz

@CSnerd18 I was accepted and received no email. So it should all be done on the portal.

Why are they playing with my feelings like this?? :((

Why did they even give us time slots if they’re just gonna do this? I’d rather wait a week extra and know when I’m getting my decision for sure.

this is why I have trust issues. lol last name start with W, nothing on my end.

Nothing last name D

Last name D and nothing either. Any CS major admitted yet?

For those of you who received notices, what is your major?

This page answered a lot of questions for me: https://admissions.ucsc.edu/apply/transfer-not-admitted.html

How many transfer applications did you receive this year?

11,818, over 1,800 more than fall 2017.

How many junior transfers did you offer admission to this year?

To date, we have admitted 1,646 students in the hope of enrolling a class of 1,320 students. The number of admitted students as of March 15 represents 13.9% of the total number of applicants.

Did you accept any lower-division transfer students?

UC Santa Cruz accepted 12 lower-division transfer students to date.

How did you make your admissions decisions?

We employed faculty-approved selection criteria of transfer applicants. Students coming from the California community colleges remain our top priority in selecting transfer students for admission. Refer to our Transfer Admission and Selection Guide for more information.

When did you send your decisions out?

We began notifying transfer students on March 15, and we will continue to notify through April 30.

Have you finished your selection process?

No, we continue to review transfer applications. We will complete our selection of transfer students by the end of April.

Does that mean if we didnt receive an acceptance we most likely got denied?
