I got it also. I’m waiting on the Regent’s scholarship, which I don’t think I’m getting. But, what’s so special about this program? I mean, it can’t be too prestigious?
Also, I was reading a previous year’s comment on the same subject, and the person was saying that UC Santa Cruz borrows or uses the scores UC Berkeley and UCLA assign to their applications (1-5, 1 being the highest). They use this score to accept their students. Now the fact that I got into UC Santa Cruz, and its honors program, do you all think that I have a shot at Berkeley? Just by judging off the fact that UC Santa Cruz uses Berkeley’s and LA’s scores on their applications?

They keep talking about ELWR, which you qualify for by having a high ACT, SAT, or taking english AP
Accepted to FYHP! 2300, 3.92 capped, 4.1 uncapped. @karanmahe that is interesting. I was rejected by UCLA but I applied computer science which is heavily impacted. I applied to college of letters and sciences to berkeley so hopefully what you are saying is true and I will be accepted!

@karanmahe Hmm, that may be true. I got waitlisted at UCLA, but hoping for the best from UC Berkeley

Accepted to FYHP. ACT is 28 but great GPA and everything else. Also accepted to UCLA. So…it shows that test scores are not everything…
