Ucsc or cal poly slo.

um, i have about 4 days to choose which one i want to go to and i honestly do not know..

i am sort of iffy on my major but i would either be a nurse or a child psychologist, or maybe occupational therapy..

and ucsc, my major was health science and my major at cal poly slo is child development and i honestly do not know which one i want to go to more..

for ucsc, i feel like its a better choice for my career and future but the whole campus seems very gloomy and depressing in a way (i guess because of the forest).. but im not quite sure

at cal poly slo, i feel like i would have WAY more fun there and probably much more fun with the education since i think its less research than my major in ucsc. even though its a bit farther, i don't really mind...

i seriously don't know which one i should go to and i keep going back and forth with my decision. can anyone tell me which one i should go to and why?

my mom wants me to go to UC santa cruz based on the title "UC," but many of my friends are telling me to go to cal poly slo, and that i'll have more fun there.

i'm not into the parties or alcohol, i just want a good normal college experience.!
other than that, if i get into uc davis ( i was waitlisted ) for psychology, i am definitely canceling one of these schools for it..

You can have “fun” at any school and in fact I know many UCSC students who have a little too much fun at times haha. I have to agree with mom, the UC tag does go a longer way especially out of state, but if you get off the waitlist at Davis - it is a top 50 school in the country and I would jump at that opportunity if it works out.

oh god… i still don’t know which one i would love to go to more…

For me its either UCSC or community college. I got accepted to cal state la, dominguez hills, and northridge but decided not to go to them. I cant decide if i should go to UCSC either. I love the campus but not sure about all the hippies and wounder how much fun there will be. I heard the professors are really easy to talk to and the enviorment is really layed back. Oh well May 1st is coming up real soon.

ya honestly, i think ucsc is a good school but i think i might get bored…at cal poly, i think i’ll have fun. i don’t know anymore… ugh so hard to choose… ucsc has my major somewhat… but i don’t know…
